How It Works: The Buying Process

Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms – Either party initiates the transaction. The buyer registers with Car Sales Report, providing the item’s Inventory Number, and all parties agree to the sale terms.

Buyer Pays Car Sales Report – The buyer submits payment via an approved method to our secure escrow account. We verify the funds, notify the seller, and update the buyer’s Transaction Profile with a Transaction Reference Number (TRN) for tracking.

Item Delivery – Once payment is confirmed, Car Sales Report handles delivery and provides tracking information to the buyer.

If Accepted: The transaction moves forward.

If Rejected: The buyer receives a full refund within 48 hours, and we arrange item pickup from the buyer’s address within the next 48 hours.

Item Inspection Policy: Local pickups or inspections are allowed only before a transaction begins. Once a transaction is approved, our Delivery Department prepares the item for shipment, scheduling it alongside other deliveries. At that point, the item is no longer available for inspection or pickup per our Terms and Policy.
